We offer Standard and Premier packages for both solo and group performances. Standard includes professional 4K coverage, raw footage, and an edited performance video. Premier adds more complete coverage, including edited photos, priority consideration for additional rounds, vertical video for solo entries, and cinematic multi-angle films for groups.

6. How quickly will I receive my videos and photos?

We aim to deliver raw footage the same day, especially for students and teams advancing to later rounds. Final edited videos and photos are typically delivered within approximately two weeks, with Premier packages receiving editing priority.

All turnaround times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Fine Arts Now is offered as a ministry-first service during available time, so delivery may vary based on the event schedule, order volume, travel, and editing needs. When the schedule and recording setup allow, raw footage may sometimes be delivered immediately after the performance.

Fine Arts Now is built specifically for Fine Arts participants. We understand the event, the categories, and the importance of capturing each performance from a clear, judge-view angle. Every video is filmed with consistent quality and care so students, families, and leaders receive coverage that honors both the performance and the performer.

The moments before students step onto the stage. Seeing teams pray, worship, encourage one another, and seek God reminds us that Fine Arts is about more than a performance. It is a ministry experience, and we are grateful to help preserve those memories.

We take student privacy and safety seriously. Solo performances are only shared with permission, and any public content is selected with care. Parents, guardians, pastors, and team leaders may contact us at any time with questions or concerns. If someone requests that a video or photo be removed, we will honor that request.

We accept Cash App, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal invoices, and secure payment through the website. Cash App is preferred, but you are welcome to choose whichever option works best for you. Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received.
